5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our honey products, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

6. Cafe & Tasting Experiences

Cafe menu items and prices are subject to change. Tasting experience bookings are subject to our cancellation policy — cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
